Membership is open to photographers and non-photographers.

Canberra PhotoConnect is a member-based organisation. Anyone with an interest in photography or who is interested in working with or collaborating with photographers is welcome to apply to join.

Standard membership fees are $50 per annum and are valid for the financial year.

Currently we have special pro-rata rates for people joining now. For new members joining from January to March 2023, Membership fees (valid to June 2023) are $25 per person.

For new members joining from April 2023 to June 2023 and on through to December 2023, membership fees are $50 per person and the Membership is valid to June 2024.

Membership fees cover basic overheads such as insurance, legal compliance costs,  web hosting and our online meeting subscription. 

When joining for the first time, or if your details have changed, please download and complete a Membership Application Form and pay the membership fee to our bank account. Renewing members do not need to send in a form. Completed forms should be sent to

Additional fees may be payable for individual activities, depending on the cost of venue hire, materials, models or other incidentals as applicable. Currently we ask for $50 per half year for regular participants in the Print Group and $50 per half year for regular participants in the Hedda Discussion Group for women photographers.

We ask that you become a member if you plan to participate in our activities but anyone can sign up to receive our newsletter and email updates.

All fees and donations should be transferred to our bank account.
